Policies:
Our goal is to provide you with an easy to use online shopping experience. We certainly want you to be happy with your selection. We have summarized some of the most asked questions below.

Privacy Policy:
Any personal information such as name, address etc. is used only for this site. Your information will not be used for any other means other than order processing and reporting.
Damaged goods:
You should notify the shipping company at time of receipt of any visible signs of damage. You can still receive the order but should notate the visible signs when you sign the bill of lading. After notating on the bill of lading the shipper should notify you with information regarding your issue. We will then initiate a claim as soon as we are made aware the issue has been documented.
Returns:
All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. A copy of the complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of any defective item, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. On most items, 4U Incorporated offers an exclusive 30-day exchange policy for defective merchandise to our customers, except as set forth:
- All returns must be received back in the 4U Incorporated warehouse 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. Media items shipped with shrink wrap must be returned unopened.
- After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs. All items are subject to a restocking fee of $4.95 per item OR 15% for items within the Electronic and Computer categories.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
- For purchases made prior to November 1, 2006, 4U Incorporated may grant a credit of up to 50% of the item’s value for most items returned after 30 days. These returns will be charged for the return shipping cost and a $4.95 per-item restocking fee as listed within our Standard Returns Policy.

For an RA# (Return Authorization) on returns:
Call Customer Service at 1-877.995.2055. All returns require an authorization number.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. When possible please pack item and box into a separate shipping carton. In cases where the item is too large please just use a shipping label on the box. Please do not write anything on the item or the package. 3) Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Nebraska State Sales Tax of 7% will be assessed for all items shipped in the state of Nebraska.
